The same layout photographed on January 13, 2017. The new LED lighting fixture and liquid fertilizers enabled the stem plants to develop very dense
and colorful leaves.
In this picture you can see that the bushes of the needle-leaf Ludwigia and
large-leaf Hygrophila on the left-hand side became denser over time
through repeated trimmings.
The stem plants on the right-hand side were replaced with
Pogostemon sp. “Dassen” and Rotala sp. “Nanjenshan,” which
have leaves that grow more densely, without changing the overall
impression of the colors.
